Arrived in Beijing~
After 24 hours of traveling, I finally arrived at Beijing.
16 hour ferry ride went past without much pain. In fact it’s recommended. I managed to finish a chapter for one of my fan fics. I expect myself to do a lot of that on this trip.
Upon arriving in Qingdao, it was a lot of trial and error but finally I made it to the train station. The ticket purchase was a pain. Will write more later on. But suffice to say, 4hrs 20min on the express train, I have arrived in Beijing South. The train was traveling at an average speed of 280km/hr so I traveled like close to 1000km(?). Can you imagine how big China is?
Korea to Qingdao: about 5720km
Qingdao to Beijing South: about 1000km
How many times around Singapore is that? Mind boggling.
Not sure if this will get posted on Twitter. But if it does, and people did click on it just to know that I’m safe, I’m safe. On my way to the hostel right now. Seeya’ll soon~
New Haircut!! But the pic made my eyebags look bad. No, I don’t have eyebags.
